I called Tim Horton's. This coupon looked a bit suspicious with an ambiguous expiry date. They said you have to apply for a Tim Horton's/CIBC Visa card to get the coupon.
I work at a Tim Hortons and you can only use the coupon once. Once it has been scanned it will know if it has been used!
